LEDVANCE has Zero Tolerance for Non-Compliant Behavior

We conduct our business responsibly and in compliance with the laws and regulations of all the countries where we do business. The company does not tolerate illegal and unethical behavior. We have established binding company guidelines that require all of our managers and employees worldwide to behave ethically and in conformity with the law. Not only are these guidelines the basis for our work, but also the basis for our relationships among our employees and externally with our customers, suppliers and other partners.

Code of Conduct for Suppliers

In today's globalized economy, we are involved with a multitude of suppliers, including some in parts of the world where basic values concerning human rights or the environment may be sacrificed to economic growth. LEDVANCE will not tolerate a violation of those basic values, and the LEDVANCE Code of Conduct ensures these values are upheld.

Policy on Conflict Minerals

One of the aspects of a sustainable supply chain that has gained relevance lately is the issue of "conflict minerals". For that reason, LEDVANCE has developed a policy to supplement our Code of Conduct for suppliers.

California Transparency in Supply Chain Act

LEDVANCE complies with the California Transparency in Supply Chains Act requiring companies to disclose their efforts to eradicate slavery and human trafficking from their supply chains.
