This course is taught by experienced LEDVANCE personnel and independent lighting practitioners.What you will learn: Visibility and color Lighting technology and applications Human factors Luminaires and optics Two common calculation methods with software demonstration Applying lighting technology by application Lighting regulatory issues Developing and working with lighting specifications Who should attend:Experienced distributor sales personnel involved in specifying systems, design-and-build contractors, electrical designers or architects who develop layouts, or sales representatives who interact with designers and consultants on a regular basis. Attendees should have a minimum of three years in lighting and have completed a fundamentals course. Some familiarity with reading (blueprints) and photometric reports is helpful, as the session includes group project work.Course Fee:$550 (Wilmngton, MA – 2 1/2 days) covers course materials, breakfasts, lunches and two group dinners.
